Abstract:
In the competitive environment of the health care system, there is an increasing interest on the assessment and the measurement of the quality of the provided health care services. Despite the fact that, in order to measure the quality of the provided health care services, the health care professionals have used many tools, the patient’s satisfaction, remains one of the most reliable tools. The measurement of patient satisfaction should be continued in order to allow comparisons and evaluation of the impact of various interventions in its modulation.
